Vendor Information

If you are a vendor and would be interested in vending this show, please fill out the contact information form below and one of our booking agents will get in touch with you shortly to confirm your table reservation.  Do not wait to become a vendor at this show, for it will fill fast and there will be a vendor waiting list.  Spaces are filled on a first come first serve basis. Vendors who vended the last show will get first choice to return for the next show. 

About the Vendor Space:

We have over 40,000 square feet of vendor space, 400+ tables. Tables are all 6 foot long.  We provide you with table, chairs & electric if needed. All tables are the same price. You will be offered a discounted price when you reserve 6 tables or more.

Show Layout:

This show is in one large room, so all vendors will be in the same area. Doing this allows traffic to flow more smoothly and evenly throughout the venue.  No one space or area is better than the other because of this.  Though we do not do exclusives, we will monitor what each vendor brings so that we do not over populate the show with any specific species or supplies. 

Table Fees:

Table fees are $86 per 6 foot table. This table fee includes the table, chairs and electric.  If you reserve 6 or more tables, you will get a reduced table rate of $74 per table.  You need to let us know if you need electric at least 21 days before the show or we cannot guarantee you will get electric.

Setup:

Setup will be the Friday before the show, between the hours of 12:00 noon and 7:00 pm.  During this time, only vendors are permitted in the hall. We will open the show to vendors at 8:00am on Saturday and Sunday. between the hours of 8:00 am. and 9:00 am. only vendors will be permitted in. We will then open the doors at 9:00 am. on Saturday and Sunday for VIP Pass holders. Teardown will begin at 4:00 pm. Sunday and will run until 7:00 pm. With advanced notice, a fork lift will be available during move in/move out.

Becoming A Vendor:

To become a vendor is as simple as filling out the form below.  Once you submit the form, we will be in contact with you, usually within 1 business day.  Be as descriptive as you can when filling out the personal questions on this form.  This information will be used to advertise your vending at the show!

Terms & Conditions:

This show is a weekend show, Saturday & Sunday. The

following rules and regulations are in effect for this show.

You must agree to these rules and regulations in order

to vend at this show.

 

Tables & Spaces:

All tables must be covered with a table cloth or covering

of some sort.  The table covering does not need to extend

to the ground.  If you would like we can supply table

coverings for you at a cost of $20 per table.  You may not

place any type of shelving or products in front of your

table space.  If you have extra items you wish to place in

front of your table, you will need to get an additional

table space.  You may remove your table and set up your

area any way you wish as long as your items do not

protrude into the walking isle.

Animals and Products:

No sick or unhealthy animals are permitted to be for sale at the show unless it is being sold to another vendor or business who can properly care for the animals.  If we find an animal at your table that looks sick or unhealthy, we will ask you to take that animal off if your table and place it behind your table.  All products that are brought to be sold, both new and used, must be in clean condition and all non-working items or parts of an item must be identified to the purchaser when sold.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

Your table space is not reserved until your payment is received.  Once we your information from this form, a representative will contact you with in 1 business day.  This representative will reserve your tables for you and send you an invoice for your reservations.  Once this invoice is paid, your tables will be reserved. 


Only show personnel and vendors will be allowed in the venue during setup and teardown.  The show runs until 4:00 pm. Sunday, and you are required to stay for the duration unless permission is granted otherwise.  No native species are permitted to be brought or sold at this show. If you question a specific animal, please contact us.  Pennsylvania requires a sale tax license in order to sell in the state. If you do not have one, you may obtain one for free here: https://www.pa100.state.pa.us/.  This application is free of charge and only takes 5 minutes to fill out. We do not need a copy of this, you just need to have it on you at the show.

Vendors assume all liability for their animals, allowing others to handle your animals and your personal property.  We do not require vendors to carry liability insurance; however, it is recommended.  Although JACE Group and the Pittsburgh Mega Reptile Expo are fully insured, we will not be responsible for any injury that any animal may cause; this is each vendors responsibility and JACE Group and the Pittsburgh Mega Reptile Expo will maintain no liability.  

JACE Group & the Pittsburgh Mega Reptile Expo have the right to refuse services to any vendor for any reason. In the event that a vendor does not follow all rules and regulations of the show or any state guidelines, JACE Group and the Pittsburgh Mega Reptile Expo has the right to remove said vendor without refund.
